They sent my labwork to a lab that was out of network for my insurance without my consent and without letting me know ahead of time. This resulted in a medical bill for hundreds of dollars for me. I tried calling and they gave me a phone number to contact that was out of service. They then said that was the only phone number they had and to email the medical office manager. Did that and they never answered me. It’s impossible to get in touch with them and get help from them.

Edit from 1 star to 2. Once I posted a negative review I was reached out to and the issue was solved very quickly so no complaints there. Nino, the office manager, was super fast and helpful in resolving my issue.

I visited the medical office for a thyroid ultrasound, and the process moved very smoothly. Doctor took time to answer my questions, and everything was explaned in a way that I could actually understand, not the usual doctor terms

I went to see Dr. Reid and had a great experience. Super nice receptionists, the medical assistant (I think her name was Marina) was comforting and funny. Dr. Reid was so kind and very knowledgeable. You can tell that really cares about what she does; and that’s refreshing because I’ve had a lot of bad experiences with doctors being dismissive or careless. There was a bit of a wait time, but that’s common at every doctor’s office. No complaints and I’m so happy I finally found a good doctor!!!

A one stop shop- great for Medicaid or Medicare users- or those on disability, who need complex and interwoven care. The amount of professionals and different specialists that are included in this ‘clinic’ is more like the ‘hospital’ of doctors appointments- I can see a cardiologist, neurologist, pcp, eye doctor, dentist, gyno, psych, therapist- and literally so much more- just through this one place of healing and health.
The staff is friendly, and comforting, and very diverse. There is many who speak other languages- I believe many of the staff and clinicians are Eastern European, I’m not sure the affiliation, but they are compassionate and direct. You’re also able to take your health into your own hands with such a large network of specialists. For instance- I saw the only available doctor that was on that week for a time my PCP was on vacation, after being ill for months and being pumped with antibiotics over and over from my local urgent care a few blocks away- I was too ill to get to Century, until I had had enough. I was able to take the blood tests, and ultrasounds (done in house) and even though her first instinct wasn’t automatically that I may be suffering from an autoimmune disorder or illness, after receiving all those tests and exams in the variety she provided, I was able to move to a rheumatologist and get more answers, immediately. I am now on a much more rigorous path of healing from complex PTSD and autoimmune disorders, and what has come along with both. Highly recommend, and as always- be your own advocate and make sure to go into any appointment prepared to speak your truth and ask the questions you need to feel comfortable in whatever next steps are recommended! 🙂

My appointment was smooth sailing. I was in and out. The Dr. was knowledgeable, patient, and kind. Office is very clean, spacious and well lit.

So far it’s been 3 years and I feel safe at this office. The whole staff is respectful and fast. Customer service has been wonderful. I haven’t had one issue to complain about. The bathrooms are clean. Waiting room space is tight however the design makes the seating space comfortable. My Dr. is the best. I truly appreciate her. 🥰👍🏾👍🏾 Most of the doctors are from Russia and the surrounding countries speaking the same languages. The staff is a mix of ethnicities which makes me feel comfortable and safe. All of the staff come to work to do their jobs with serious intentions of executing each patients needs with precision.🥰👍🏾👍🏾😍 Honestly This office is the only dr office I’ve been happy to go visit in years!!! I hope I can feel the same way in years to come bc the staff and customer service will to be continue to be done with integrity..👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾

The office is very clean, and pleasant. The receptionists are pleasant. I was lead to the patient's room by a very friendly medical assistant who was great with listening and very thorough. The provider was friendly, nice, and patient. She is knowledgeable and took her time listen without rushing through the visit. Overall, my experience was great and I would recommend her to friends and family.

The office is clean. The receptionist are friendly and helpful. The wait time to see a doctor was short. The doctor i saw was the urologist she was kind and explained everything she was going to do. I also had a sonogram the tech was nice and gentle. I would recommend this office.

This particular person FNP NP Terri-Ann Reid GYN and her assistant who is a medical assistant. Maria or Marina I apologize about the name mix up. They both are super sweet gentle and patient. The Medical Assistant took her time in calming me down explained everything in detail to me. Reid is also the same im so glad my mom recommended me. Any gyn needs you can ask for Terri-Ann Reid. We need more like you 👍🏾 Now the place over all its eh depends on who ur seeing. Front desk again depends on who you're speaking to wait time vary’s I know it depends on type of exam and needs. A particular doctor there didnt check my mother properly for a lump spoke in her own language that doctor is terrible. My mom went to Miss Reid and she did her full examination. And found her issue. Never that particular dr again.

I recently had what will be my last appointment at CMDC at Livingston after seeing the same primary care physician for approximately seven years. I will not mention the doctor’s name, but she is a very popular physician at this location.

Unfortunately, my experience at this appointment left me extremely disappointed and frustrated.

My appointment was scheduled for 8:30 a.m. I arrived at approximately 8:25 a.m. and was the first patient to sign the clipboard. The doctor arrived around 8:45 a.m. and gave a general “Good morning” to the lobby but did not make eye contact or personally acknowledge the patients who were waiting.

I was called in around 9:00 a.m. My vitals were taken, and that process was completed by approximately 9:05 a.m. I was then left sitting in the examination room for approximately 45 minutes waiting for the doctor.

During that entire time, no one came into the room to acknowledge the delay, apologize, or simply say, “The doctor will be with you shortly.” Nothing. I sat on the examination table watching staff members repeatedly walk past the room and look in, yet no one took a moment to communicate with me.

When the doctor finally came in, she was smiling and apologized. By that point, however, I was understandably upset, and I expressed how I felt.

I asked her to refill my prescription and explained that, after years of experiencing similar issues, I no longer felt valued or respected as a patient. Too often, the experience at this clinic has made me feel as though patients are being moved through like cattle—as if we are simply another dollar rather than individuals whose time and concerns matter.

What was particularly troubling was being told that patients are not necessarily seen according to their appointment times. If that is the case, I have to ask: What is the purpose of scheduling appointments? Patients arrange their work schedules, transportation, family responsibilities, and other obligations around the appointment times they are given. Our time should also be respected.

Another ongoing concern over the years has been the lack of preparation before my appointments. I have repeatedly felt that my medical notes and history were not reviewed before the doctor entered the room. On more than one occasion, including this visit, I have had to remind the doctor about medications she previously prescribed to me. After seven years as a patient, I find this particularly disappointing.

I understand that medical offices can become busy and that unexpected delays happen. My concern is not simply that I had to wait. It is the lack of communication, acknowledgment, preparation, and respect for the patient’s time.

Please do better.

Patients deserve to be acknowledged. We deserve communication when there are significant delays. We deserve providers who are prepared when they enter the examination room. Most importantly, we deserve to be treated with dignity and respect.

We are not cattle, and we are more than a dollar. We are patients and people whose time, health, and concerns matter

I've been seeing Dr. Shuchinski for several years, and I truly cannot say enough good things about her. She is one of the most compassionate, attentive physicians I've ever worked with. In a healthcare system that can often feel rushed, she takes the time to sit with you, listen carefully, ask thoughtful questions, and make sure you feel heard. I've never felt dismissed or brushed aside. No concern is too small, and she approaches every conversation with genuine curiosity, empathy, and care.

What stands out most is that she treats you like a whole person, not just a patient on a schedule. She is incredibly knowledgeable, but it's her bedside manner and willingness to partner with you in your care that make her exceptional. I always leave appointments feeling supported, informed, and confident that my concerns have been taken seriously.

I also see Dr. Williams, who is equally thoughtful, compassionate, and attentive. The level of care provided by both physicians is exceptional and is the reason I continue to come back year after year.

The office itself is clean and well-maintained. The only reason for 4 stars and not 5 is that my experiences with the front desk have been somewhat hit or miss over the years, but the quality of care from the doctors has always made it worthwhile.

I do want to give a special shout-out to Ana at the front desk. She consistently handles questions with care, patience, and consideration. She follows through, gets things done, and is always pleasant to work with. She makes navigating the administrative side of healthcare much easier.

My first time visiting and everyone seems polite. The most impressive thing was when escorted to a medical room, inside the Doctor was typing but then she got up immediately to offer her seat to me when I wasn't even the patient, and comforted me as she stood attending to my family member, the patient; how remarkably awesome is that 🫠💛🤍 Salute 💪

Dr. Gomez was extremely thorough, knowledgeable and attentive. She’s everything I’ve been looking for in an allergist. Her office is conveniently located downtown Brooklyn, near a plethora of trains.
