Dr. Deval Parmar earned his bachelor’s in Physical Therapy from Gujrat University (INDIA), where he had the opportunity to work with diverse patient populations throughout acute, sub-acute, home health, and outpatient settings. His desire to improve and learn led him to pursue a master’s degree in exercise science at Long Island University in Brooklyn.

Most of his patients are the most active individuals with sports-related injuries, such as runners, cyclists, and gymgoers with shoulder, hip, elbow, wrist, knee, and foot/ankle problems. He also sees patients with neck, back, and shoulder issues that mostly stem from the poor habitual posture.

Dr. Deval’s goal with each treatment is not only to address the symptoms but also to identify the root cause and effectively manage each condition. He offers individualized treatment and works closely with patients to help them return to a pain-free lifestyle. He also strives to make each session feel easy and fun, motivating each patient to achieve their goals.
