Managing patients post spine and ENT surgery; as well as taking care of patients on telemetry, vented, with oncological diseases, CVA, COPD, diabetes, HTN, ESRD, AIDS, TB/infectious disease, liver diseases, transplant, neuro/seizure disorder, etc; patient-family teaching; creating documentation to ensure compliance with JCAHO and other regulations; supervising professional/ancillary staff, electronic charting system; case management. Fluent in Russian.
