Dr. Reesha Rafiq is a compassionate and dedicated General Dentist practicing in New York City. A Long Island native, she earned her Bachelor of Science in Public Health from Stony Brook University before receiving her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from New York University College of Dentistry. She went on to complete her General Practice Residency at Wyckoff Heights Medical Center in Brooklyn, where she gained extensive experience treating patients of all ages and managing a wide range of dental needs and medical complexities.
Dr. Rafiq is passionate about providing personalized, comprehensive dental care with a focus on prevention, early detection, and conservative treatment. She believes every patient deserves to be treated with the same level of care and attention she would provide to her own family. Her approach combines meticulous dentistry with a strong emphasis on patient comfort, education, and long-term oral health.
Throughout her training and career, Dr. Rafiq has cared for diverse patient populations and has developed experience across many areas of general dentistry, including restorative dentistry, pediatric dentistry, endodontics, and oral surgery. She is committed to staying current with advances in dentistry and regularly pursues continuing education to incorporate modern techniques, technology, and high-quality materials into her care.
Outside of dentistry, Dr. Rafiq enjoys traveling, exploring New York City’s restaurants and neighborhoods, and spending time with family and friends.
